Return Policy

 

We want you to love your ARHIA purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 48hours of delivery.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and unworn, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ARHIA is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Sale & Discounted Items: Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.

Jewellery: Jewellery may be returned if it is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued to you by email.
